Once a customer of yours receives their link to consent to Open Banking, they will be directed to the Adatree CDR website. (Adatree is Hound’s Consumer Data Rights partner and essentially acts as a secure approved conduit between the customer’s Bank/s and Hound to enable the sharing of the customer’s loan data with their broker.)
Your customer will be asked to log in using their email address, and a One Time Password (OTP) that will be emailed to them. From here they will be able to consent to sharing their data with you by selecting their Bank/s, logging in and authorising sharing.
Once the customer has completed the process their data will be shared immediately with you.
